Cancellation of Tickets ordered online
Standard fare tickets
Online-Tickets can be canceled via the "My Bookings" screen before the first day of validity.
As from the first day of validity, exchanges and refunds are possible by sending the ticket together with the refunding form (PDF-file "Erstttungsangtrag" in German and English) to our service center.
Cancelation fees:
Standard fare tickets:
- Before the 1st day of validity: free of charge
- As from the 1st day of validity: 15 EUR
Savings fare tickets (Sparpreis):
- Before the 1st day of validity: 15 EUR
- As from the 1st day of validity: no refund possible
According to tariff regulations the reservation fee is not refundable.
